Appointments can be made by telephone, email or in person.
Our reception staff will do their best to accommodate your preferred time, depending on availabilities. We will also contact you if there is any unforeseen cancellation.
We implemented a late arrival policy in our efforts to make your visit more comfortable and to minimize your wait time.
If you arrive more than 20 min late to an appointment without prior notice, the appointment is automatically cancelled and needs to be rescheduled.
If you notify our team of your late arrival, your appointment will be kept but might be shortened and modified in order not to ensure that the patients who arrive on time do not wait longer than necessary for their appointments.
We will try to accommodate late-comers as best as possible but cannot compromise on the quality and timely care provided to our clients.
